Instructions

On the profile that follows, you will be presented with a series of statements that describe various functions performed in the hotel industry.  For each statement please indicate both your level of interest and your perceived level of skill. Note that it is possible to “Dislike” a task and yet to feel “Very Skilled” in the same task.  It is also possible to “Strongly Like” a task, and yet believe your current skill level is “Poor or None.”  The value of this profile is directly related to your willingness to think about your responses in a realistic manner. Responses to each statement should be based on the following scales.
